Is it possible to cut weight before weigh ins? Is it possible to go from 135 to 119 via diet (when you already have close to 9%)before the hydration test? Just asking, no this is not me, just an example.

Well I weighed myself this morning and I am 118.0, I ran about 7 miles yesterday. Im not gonna eat today, I'm just going to drink enough water to pass the hydration test. And this is not a match, we are just certifying what weight we can be at the whole season. Thanks for the advice |

Man, everbody I know that passed the hydro test cheated. Its pretty much impossible to pass that bs. And if you do pass it, you are over drinking. which means your body will be low in electrolytes. Such a B.S. test. I could go on and get kinky with sources but Ill keep it simple.
