you could probably make 112 in a healthy way. Start now and do it slow, save yourself the trouble during the season.

Have you been working out/trying to lose weight at all? If you haven't, a lot will come of naturally with healthy dieting and a good work out regimen.

Yes, I workout through summer and preseason. I have circuit and conditioning monday and wendsday and wrestling pratice tuesday and thursday. I always eat healthy and have recently split 3 meals to 5 meals a day. Despite this, my weight won't budge.

Hey guys, thanks for the advice. I talked to my coach about this as well. I figured I'de just go 119, if there is a tournament that gives weight allowance that is in my comfortable field then I'll cut down to attend that one, but other then that I'll try and be healthy and strong at my weight. |
