I used to pack a tuna/rice lunch. Buy tuna in WATER, strain it at home....meaning put it in a strainer and push most of the water out of it after rinsing it in water. Place it in a tupperware container and add a quarter to half bag of white rice. Boil a bag of rice is easy. This give you the best quality protein and carbohydrates available. I was lean and mean. I looked like a body builder....as a matter of fact right after my senior year of wrestling I entered a teen body building contest and took overall 2nd place. This is the diet of champions. I bet the older guys will agrre on this one. I am now 37 years old and still winning jiu-jitsu tournaments (gi and no-gi)on this diet. No weight cutting anymore however. GOOD LUCK I HOPE YOU DO WELL Dr Bigg

The most efficient source of protein is an fresh water algae called Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae OR AFA. When you do an amino acid profile of the human body & AFA the AFA falls within a 2-3% range of the human body. I eat it myself & have used in training others. It makes the muscle tissue more dense. You will apparently lose inches but get MUCH stronger. Btw my icon is ME & I am 46. I also use large amounts when I have suffered injuries & have recovery time by as much as 80 to 90%. No kidding. I had broken bones mend in 4 days verified by x-ray & a medical doctor, when they told me it would be 2-3 months before I would recover. Also it helps increase peptides, (neuro-transmitters) which increase focus & mental clarity. It also is very high in chlorophyll which increases the availability of oxygen for the human body. It has also been scientifically proven to strengthen the immune food. In short it is nearly the perfect food. The best sources of it are FREEZE DRIED & from Klamath Lake in Oregon. If you are Blood type A I would recommend: http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...gold_spec.html http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...sbga_spec.html If you are Blood type O or B I would recommend: http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...gold_spec.html http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...sbga_spec.html AND Meal Replacement Bar & Shake http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...gbar_spec.html http://www.simplexityhealth.com/prod...thie_spec.html Testimonial from Olympic Gold medal winner & 3x World Champion Decathlete Dan O'Brien http://www.simplexityhealth.com/shpl...Obrien2009.flv I have been taking these products for 16 years & have seen many marvel @ the overall health & athletic gain they have gotten from them. I am not an owner in this company nor the website nor do I receive any financial compensation for recommending these products. i use them because they work for me & I have helped others with them as well. If anyone reading this post has more a scientific interest I have plenty of research papers & studies to share.
