I recently wrestled a guy who does alot of greco, he ties upper body alot and likes the throw. I got my ass kicked. What should I do against someone that's relatively good at throwing?? His sprawl wasn't bad either.. |

yeah, try not to tie up. but if you have to, keep his leg same side as his underhook back. and DO NOT give him double hooks

Thanks for the advice. Arm-spin, thanks for the tip. I started praticing arm drags and two-on-ones a couple days ago, I'm planning to pratice it alot and hopefully be able to incorporate it before season starts.

Yea defintely stay away from any underhooks. Even if he has just one underhook he can still throw you if he's a good greco wrestler. Underhooks are a greco wrestlers best friend. Well at least to me they were.

to me too man, haha. but remember, when it's one arm vs. two, one arm will always lose. Wrestle one half of their body, not the whole thing
