Default Hydrating after Weigh-ins

I have absolutely no problem cutting weight. The problem is, gaining all of that water back shortly after weigh-ins. I plan on taking a pedialyte and drinking water, but what is the pedialyte:water ratio I need to be using. I'll have 1.5 hours after weigh ins before the first dual and probably close to another hour before I wrestle, so I'm hoping to gain back 8 pounds of water in the time because I'm cutting 10. I weigh 206, should be 202 when I start cutting and I havta make 192. I don't need suggestions on cutting, just on how to hydrate as quickly as possible.

The pedialyte thing is genius man, If you are hydrating yourself and drinking that stuff and you are still not hydrated? I have this stuff called Quench Gum and it's really gets the job done there and tastes good. Give that a try. I'm going to do the pedialyte stuff. How does that stuff taste? Recommend any flavors?

What is pedialyte....? When I would cut a lot, I would drink 1.5-2 gallons a day, then stop two days out, and your body just keeps the cycle going and you lose more weight, a lot easier. After making weight, I would just drink a ton of water, mixed with some stuff I can't remember the name. It helps your body retain more water, absorb it better. I can't remember.

He's either all water or a fatass! Hahaha I'm just playing, but I would also like to know. After cutting 5.5 pounds I'm pretty much beat.
