I can't believe Carter made it to the finals. And Cozart took a tough loss there. I was expecting him to win, Derek Garcia must be a beast. Also, good match at 189 and 215. I was expecting Max Huntley to win, I'm confident he would have in folkstyle. And as always, the Alton brothers showing their dominance

Cozart knew he had to simply score and not get pinned to make the finals, since the other two matches had been involved in the round robin. If he won, great, if he didn't, no harm, no foul ... still in the finals.

I remember that same thing happening to someone else, but they got pinned. It might have just been to get in the placement rounds.
