Pratice pratice drill drill, even if it's by yourself. Hip-Heist, sitouts, switches, stand ups, shooting, sprawling, high-crotch over summer you have alot of time on your hands which means alot of time to drill, pratice and weight lift. If you can't wrestle then use your time to perfect moves you know by drilling and get stronger by lifting or whatever you can do. remember to enjoy your summer tho but keep a good diet |

just do alot of shadow wrestling, weight lifting, plyometrics and running
