Question about submissions

Hey, guys. I just registered like five minutes ago, so I'm really new to the forum. But anyways, I was wondering if submissions are allowed in freestyle/high-school wrestling? I have been doing submission grappling for a while and I'm good at submissions...so I was wondering if I could use them at all? Thanks for your help in advance.
