Spring Competition - FILA Junior Freestyle National ChampionshipsWe brought 2 of our freshmen (Dan Kelly and Corey Jantzen) to the Junior Freestyle Championships this spring. Both wrestlers competed well as Corey won the championship, qualifying him for the Junior Freestyle World Team Trials on May 22-24 in Colorado Springs, CO. Junior FILA RESULTS

I am very excited to announce next year's captains as Louis Caputo '10 and J.P. O'Connor '10< /i>. Both All-Americans will continue to provide tremendous support and leadership to the program.
The Harvard Wrestling team landed on the National Wrestling Coaches Association annual Division I All-Academic Top 30 list and sophomore J.P. O'Connor was named to the Individual All-Academic Wrestling team for the 2007-2008 season. To read more go to ALL-ACADEMIC HONORS.
We are very excited to bring in an extremely talented group of freshmen, next September. As we get our injured guys back in the lineup and include this freshmen group, next year promises to be one to remember. This is a great group on and off the mat!

-4th and 3rd in OK State Tournament in 2007 and 2008. 2008 All State for football, 1st in state in powerlifting as sophomore and junior.

-4th place in NY State tournament at 215 lbs., single season pin record ('08), 2007 NY Freestyle Champion and Greco Roman Runner-up.
