Default 1983 Greco HWT World champion dies unexpectedly

Yevgeniy Artuhin died today at age 59 after finishing running a practice at the Greco training camp for Olympics in Russia, Adler. Supposedly he finished the practice, sat down and passed away.

То всасывает. Кроме быть чемпионом мира в ' 83, какое другое он выполнил?

if you have to pick a way to go though, I can't imagine he would have wanted to be doing anything different...R.I.P.

He was 35 in 1984 and was the favorite to win Gold at Olympics but was denied a chance due to boycott. He won his first and only world title at age 34. This was right before Karelin took over at the next Olympics.

I concur. For someone that gave their life to a sport they loved it does seem like a fitting end.<O</O
