Default 2008 Russian Nationals: 10 thousand spectators expected each day

Russian Nationals will be held next week in my city of birth. It will be held over three days and every day they expect 10 thousand spectators. Special precautions like seating arrangements are being worked out to prevent any chaos and fighting.

Is there a guarantee that Muradov and Gatsalov will be there at 96?

Is there a guarantee that Saitiev and Murtazaliev will be there at 74?

Is there a guarantee that there will be at least one roll of toilet paper in the complex?

i am really excited to see whats going to happen there.
Now BIG i might fuzz on you but thats just having fun.

What is going to happen here will be decisive for the outcome of the olympics.

If you would ask me what i rather see olympics or russian nationals? it would be russia nationals.

I can already see myself stressing to find video material which aint there...

when exactly is it? lets get some predictions going. I got otasultanov, batirov, farniev, murtazaliev, ketoev, gatcalov, makhov. I think dudaev is a threat at 60 kg, and never know whats gonna happen at 74 between murta and saitiev. 96 and 84 should also be interesting. really looking forward to 84 kg, i think ketoev has got it, but i always look forward to seeing what happens when him sajidov and saitiev are in the same tournament.

I think our NCAAs averaged 10,000 a day. And not one single fight in the stands.

Most of the people interested in wrestling in Russia come from places where fighting and smashing face is a legitimate way to solve problems.

Murtazaliev is going to eat saitiev again!

Murtazaliev knows< dont clinch to much with mr saitiev, keep distance.
Annoy him by crashing in his legs and just lay down.
    thats basically it.

there is also a physical difference.
makhach is about 78 kg natural weight and cuts of to 74 whereas saitiev is a lot slimmer and less strong, not that strenght is so important fora technical beast like saitiev but murtazaliev is just too much power.

one of those spectators is supposed to be from flowrestling, that could produce some great video. not sure if any match video, but at least some interviews hopefully

From the two matches I've watched between the two, it's a bad style matchup for an older Saitiev who's not as fast as he once was. Saitiev has pretty "high" stance and allows people in on his legs a lot, because he's so good at countering from there. Murtzaliev is (at this point in their careers) a better scrambler, so he gets the leg no problem and unlike other guys he is able to finish. Never thought to see Saitiev get out-scrambled, but Murta is able to do it. He also wrestles very smart and has obviously studied Satiev's techniques intensively.
