    Sajidov says he is finally injuy free and he will wrestle this weekend. He might wrestle Yazdani there.

    Obviously, Sajidov and Ketoev didn't participate, although their names had been announced in the media.

    I knew Nauruz Temrezov was a good wrestler! When I wrote my comments on the 2007 euro's I told you that the Russian federation did its best to stop him participating at the championships in order to avoid threat to Ketoev's victory.

    Above, I updated the 2nd day results.

    Sajidov lost to Serhat Balci of Turkey. He seems to have withdrawn after the loss due to his old knee injury that he couldn't recover.
