Maybe, but it is also possible that Gatsalov wasn't prepared for this tournament as he wasn't originally going to wrestle and was entered with short notice as Muradov had appendicitis.

The original bet was Muradov-Gogschelidze. Once Gatsalov was entered the bet was off.

In this season, Muradov and Gatsalov are mutually replaceable in any match vs. Gogsh. I mean Gogsh can beat each of them, so it doesn't matter who was entered and who wasn't. Just face the facts!

For betting purposes it does. There are terms and when the terms change the bet becomes invalid.

I wouldn't have bet on Gatsalov-Gogschelidze anyway because I don't give a shit about the outcome.

This season Muradov destroyed Gatsalov much worse than Gogshelidze did. They are not replaceable. Muradov is much better right now.

This bet is mute since Muradov had appendicitis and will not be the same for a while.
