I read on the Russian site that Russian nationals might be in Vladikavkaz, Osetia and someone said that there might be tension between Chechens, Osetins and Dagestanis over officials favoring Osetin wrestlers in matches and other unfair officiating. Will it be tougher for Saitievs to win in Osetia?

Well it says "most likely" and this was of May 1. Last night I heard it is moving to Moscow.
