I don't know much about Peru. Are they friends with Hugo Chavez and Fidel? It seems that way after their 74kg Greco guy wrestled so brilliantly in Colorado this weekend.

Re: Big, it does really surprise me
No, they are not friends with Peruvian president Alan Garcia. Chavez named him "un bandido" (because serving US interests) and "un perro faldero [a lap dog]" of Bush.
Watch & hear the whole speech of Chavez: youtube.com/watch?v=HU9HEiWv3wM
Then view these pics of Bush laughing with his perro faldero:

Do you think after the Colorado finals Bush will decrease the support to Peru by 74 percent?

I don't know akzent but I think the majority of Peruvians live in poverty DESPITE American support.

Why is this in the international wrestling forum? Do you plan on discussing wrestling at any point?

Then discuss that - not Chavez or Fidel. Good-ness.

Re: Big, it does really surprise me
Fidel is the father of Cuban wrestling.

They have lived so, even before Simon & Garfunkel stole their song "El condor pasa" to produce "Bridge over Troubled Water".
