Please comment on what Brusov was saying about President Putin providing the ideal atmosphere in Russia for wrestlers to thrive. He mentions that all these big tourneys are being held in Russia for a reason. Russia has all the necessary funds due to the government and Putin. Did I understand it right?

again that is why I think if he does go to the olympics he will win again, hes just gotta beat murta or convince russia that he is the best
