See if you guys see the same thing I see when the USwrestlers made classical mistakes during the doublelegged takedowns

Is the mistake they are trying to finish the shot by coming up? Maybe try to finish on the mat with the hips down more?
The Russians are countering with the easy throw, that's for sure.

Thats the opposite of the mistake. Coming up with a straight and strong back makes it almost impossible for your opponent to grab your waist and pull you over.

Its because they all make a strange rugby/american football kind of dive instead of hips and body close o the opponent and back straight.

Second fault is that whenever they slightly feel they are getting pulled over they do not stretch their bodies, which makes it more difficult for the opponent to flip you over.

A nice example is murtazaliev against puerto rico. The puerto rican strechen his body which gives him an enormous leverage.

Third mistake ( only mo lawal got it right) is that they keep holding the hips while being lifted over instead you can leave the hips when you are being flipped over and make a reverse pin (hard to explain now).

fourth mistake is that they are all attacking near the red zone. The russians easily bounce them out of the mat, one point.

Gottcha. I see your point, but it didn't look like Zadick was coming up with a straight and strong back. As far as your stretching out technique, I guess that's what I meant be keeping the hips down and to the mat.
You make some great points and maybe Holt is on to something
