    Bender makes $163K a year.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

So.. 163k a year.. 652k over 4 years... Not that Bender isn't worth over $100k ( I have no idea, I've never met the guy), but I bet Cejudo doesn't make that after he sells all of his shoes, wins an Olympic Gold (maybe a second one in 2012), and is the posterchild of wrestling for the next four years. Now that is a shame.

Here are the salaries I found listed:

    Bender: 163.8k
    Cooper: 125.4k
    Hull: 117.7k
    Jackson: 109.5k
    Bennett: 108.1k
    Fraser: 107.1k
    Nugent: 91.5k

Total number of employees paid over $50,000 = 16
(my note: Total number of wrestlers paid over $50,000 = 0)

    Interesting Spending:

    Internet/Bracketing:

$16,000.00 -- (my note: Servers cost about $10,000 a year, for a good, non-crashing server.. $6,000.00 would have them build a perfect, in-house bracketing system that they would not have to pay much again for - at least not for 4-5 years.)

You can buy membership cards online on the mat. It does have to be centralized because states have to have accurate membership records. So I don't really think it's feasible for any website to be able to sell USAW membership.

Sure it is, you put an affiliate tracking package (Schlottke.org offers one as do many other companies) on TheMat.com and everyone sends them to TheMat.com for purchase- the purchases are made through the same system, but referred by thousands of sites rather than a few dozen.

I don't know... as someone who deals with membership records on a state level, that would scare the **** out of me.

But hey, let's talk about Super 32 entries online...

I'm up for it. I will be free next week to go over the planning of the Super 32 stuff.

On USAWrestling managing a program like that- they wouldn't change anything. It's basically a piece of code that goes in the header of every page that reports back which tracking link referred the sale. I use the same system for eHarmony, Western Union, and many other, much larger companies- it works great

Total paid to top seven employees: $824,000.00
average salary for these top seven: $117,700.00

Total paid to top seven wrestlers: < $250,000.00
average pay for these top seven: <$35,000.00 -- no question that this is actually much lower.

    absurd charges?

They charge the guys at the OTC in Marquette, MI a $2,000 residence fee to train up there... at least two or three of which are going to probably be Olympians.. So, instead of taking a paycut themselves, they charge the guys who are keeping the sport alive- its just insane!
