    Default Russia beats the World

This is truly astonishing! Russia sent some of their 2nd or 3rd strings and still beat the World 4:3. The World had all the best possible wrestlers.

    Russia's lineup:

    Kudukhov
    Batirov
    Botaev
    Tsargush
    Sajidov
    Gatsalov
    Mahov

    World's lineup

55kg 2007 silver medalist from Mongolia
60 Guidea (also silver last year)
    66 World champ from Turkey
    74 Aldatov silver last year
    84 Abdusalamov Silver last year
    96 Kurbanov bronze last year
    120 Rodriguez Silver last year

Personally I wish they put Cormier at 96 for the World.

    "Discovery of the year"

I cannot understand why they gave him this award. He is not a talented newcomer in wrestling. It was the young Makhov who had to get it.

Kudukhov and Murtazaliev basically re-wrestled their finals matches from Worlds. When the competition is so good they will not win every time.

Farniev has been having problems all along.

3 fans who attended the competition said one and same: Kuduhov was quite helpless vs. the Mongolian with the many A in his name Bayaraa Naranbaatar.

Is anyone able to get a video of Kudukhov's match against the Mongolian?
