Hasanov won the Azeri championships at 74 this year I think, so he's pretty big. Not sure if he beat Aliev or not.
Not surprised with Asgarov moving up, he looked enormous at 66 and I thought it was just a matter of time. He better pack on some muscle mass though if he wants to beat the likes of Taghavi and Yonemitsu.
