For some reason the 84 kg Final link isn't working. It's just a blank screen. Want to see this match.

Nothing interesting in this match. It was a pre-arranged job.

Did you see the throw of the day? At 4:40

1. Because they are friends.
2. Because (I wrote about this many times!) at euros and worlds/olympics, an exported Ossetian wrestler (as in the case of Aldatov) is not allowed to beat an Ossetian wrestler of the Russian team. In the past 10 years, there have been a lot of Ossetian-Ossetian matches, the only exception to the rule being the 66kg final at the 2007 euros - Batyrov vs. Farniev which was a special case: Batyrov's victory was a result of a bad pre-production.

This evening in the 96kg final, we shall have another "special" case: Khetag Gazyumov (Aze) vs. Georgi Ketoev (Rus). Ketoev is only 50% Ossetian and he doesn't have much fans.
