then I guess the relevant question is: what the hell is wrong with Kudukhov? He's been wrestling like the weight of the world is on his shoulders for a while now, but this is just bad. What's going on?

As a big Kudukhov fan I hope this lights a fire under him and he comes out at the Olympics ready to tear people's heads off.

I can't fathom how it would personally. Obviously its a shocking loss but he's still the 3x Defending World Champ and Sat has never beaten him (that I know of).

One of kudukhovs matches, from what i've seen of him at russian nationals and at this competition, he seems to be moving more relaxed and not as agressive in his movement in 2009 and 2010 especially.

Dang. He smoked him. Kudukhov didn't look great, maybe caught off guard? A world silver medalist shouldn't sneak up on anyone though.
