So according the the brackets last year's surprise champ wrestled two Koreans with the same name, winning once and losing once. What the heck? Is this for real?
Its great watching a world championship without russian cheating thus far.

indeed, but his last move was just crazy ! boy you are up 6-3 why ?? he almost lost the gold, ooofff

Bashir won bronze ! wow ! another great work by Banna.

and I read in IAWF website that Lopez-Kayaalp match was fixed. but I saw the match, I think Kayaalp was simply better. what do you think Akzent ??!!

and Avluca won once again by ball draw, once again he won while his opponent (Khugaev) was really better. why Turkey always win ball draw when they host ??

and why Tahmasebi didn't wrestle for the bronze ??? and was it any doping test for 5th placers ? or only medalists ?

    I heard day tickets - 5-7 Turkish Lira = 3-4 USD.

The only reason it should even looked fixed is because Lopez didnt do shit when he was down by 2 with like 17 seconds left. I can tell you I have seen the Turk wrestle a ton of times, and he reverse lifts everyone.

Looked to me like Dremiel exposed his back. As to the push out, I'm not familiar enough with the subtleties of greco, but wasn't the push out really aided by the guy blatantly grabing Byers legs?

Mijain Lopez is not everyone - he's been completely dominant since 2005 with the exception of a potentially thrown match in 2006 finals. He's only been scored on 2 or 3 times over the last few years (like when he was beating Byers 6-1 in World finals then pinned him). Kayaalp is also a beast especially for his young age, but the match looked suspicious to me. Even if his fitness is poor from not competing much, I find it hard to believe that Lopez delivered anything close to 100% effort. So when it's a Cuban in the world finals against the host country then it's at least questionable.

well, I have to see it once again but Iranian websites are quite sure about it !
but if it's true, it's really shame, I used to like both of them.

can anyone answer my last question about Tahmasebi ?? did he get injured against Zugaj ?
