I've been leaving the title as is to see how long until Jensen notices.
Ruiz got 7th and Lester got 5th.
Jacob Schlottke---Gone too soon, and the world is a little less bright because of it. RIP, brother.
One, two, Evans is coming for you...
Azeri origin ? well, Masoud Hashemzadeh is from East Azarbaijan province in Iran. if you want the details, even that Azerbaijan belonged to Iran in past.
Masoud didn't move to Azerbaijan because of his origin ! because of money, after 2009 World Champs, Coach Banna said he never allow Hashemzadeh to wrestle for Iran anymore. he has no chance in Iran, so he went to Azerbaijan. same goes to Saman Tahmasebi (Kord people from Kordestan province of Iran) in 84kg. FYI they also offered Ghasem Rezaei (from Mazandaran province) in 96kg, they almost got him but after that doping story for AliAkbari and B. Ghorbani, coach Banna called him back.
Tahmasebi has a very good chance in 84kg, I think he will finish with silver tomorrow, but Hashemzadeh no ! Patrikeyev will eat him alive in second round.
and well yeah, congratulations to Saeid Abdevali. new world champion from Iran. We have only one wrestler today and ==> 1 Gold. great job by coach Banna, I didn't think they could recover after that shock.
2011 World Championships ? Greco-Roman
Ruiz lost to the guy from Sweden...
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to post today.
I know you are anti-Azeri now but it was an Azeri tv that showed the medal matches today.
If there are problems with TRT3 tomorrow try the Aze channel:

"Iran doesn't recognize Israel, and Iranian athletes don't face Israeli athletes to sympathise with the suffering of the people of Palestine"
Yet no nation in the area wants to accept Palestinians to live there. They are the trailer trash of the Arab world.
