Burroughs dec Perisayev (Rus) 3-1, 4-0

Decent opponent, but Burroughs apparently got stronger as the tournament went on and this was his first or second match. Mostly scores off doubles and only gave up the point in garbage time.

Burroughs dec Agbayev (Rus) 3-1, 6-0
Borkroug USA vs Agbayev RUS 74 kg - YouTube
This is the finals match and it isn't even close, again the one point was in garbage time up 3-0. Agbayev is a good opponent, not quite at Murtazaliev's level who Burroughs beat in semis (couldn't find that match), but he beat both Paulson and Howe at this tournament. While just about all of his offense derives from the double, he did score off push outs and single legs as well. Beautiful 3-point blast double to start the second period.

Thank goodness they also posted this snooze-fest between Howe and Paulson, I was dying to see it - Paulson USA vs Howe USA 74 kg - YouTube
Goes to the clinch twice. In the first period, Howe gets the draw but is cautioned out before any action, somehow for two points. In the second period, Howe gets the draw again but can't score, pretty slick defense from Paulson. These guys are still evenly matched in my opinion, they need to improve their performances against foreigners though. Howe had a really nice tournament at Junior Worlds, what is Trent's marquee international win up at 74kg?

Some other notable matches that I found...
Aldatov dec Gavin 1-0, 1-0 (semis) - aldatov UKR vs gevin USA 84 kg - YouTube
Aldatov dec Jordan 1-0, 1-0 (finals) - jordan USA vs aldatov UKR 84 kg - YouTube
Fellow Ukrainian Khlavlivov (eventual champ) upsets Fedorishyn - Khavilov UKR vs Fedorushov UKR 60 kg - YouTube
Bunch's match with Russian that lost him the World team spot - Shawn USA vs Terteri RUS 60 kg - YouTube
Taymazov dec Dlagnev 6-0, 1-1 - Taymazov UZB vs Dlagnev USA 120 kg - YouTube

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you supposed to have your head to the outside on the clinch? It looked like Howe put his head on the inside when he was setting it up, and the ref cautioned him out for doing it twice. You'd think someone of Howe's caliber wouldn't make such an amateur mistake, but that's what it looked like to me.
    Am I cool now?
