Radoslav Velikov
Anyone know what's going on with this guy? It wasn't that long ago he beat (almost pinned) Kudukhov in the world finals. Since then he's just gotten worse- he did win an Olympic bronze behind Cejudo but he seems to struggle at almost every tournament. He just got pinned by Simmons in Poland. Anybody got any info or ideas?

What was the ref waiting for?? Maybe he didn't want to call the pin against a former world champ, but leaving him in that embarrassing position without calling it ended up being even worse.
