No question that Burroughs has a chance. Put it this way, I consider 2011 Tsargush to be about comparable with 2007 Murtazaliev and 2011 Burroughs at a higher level than 2007 Heskett - yet Heskett gave Murtazaliev a hell of a match that Worlds. Burroughs also seems to have the advantage of being able to consistently dominate second-tier foreigners that few of our recent freestylers have been able to do. For example, Mike Zadick went on that great run at the 2006 Worlds but never really recreated that consistency losing to wrestlers that haven't ever been medal contenders. Even Heskett had the phenomenal performance against Murtazaliev, but only beat an unaccomplished Chinese wrestler 5-3 and lost pretty solidly to Chamsulvaraev for bronze 5-1. Theoretically (b/c as Coach Jones says we need to wait until he actually goes out and does it) Burroughs should be pretty reliable against the non-elite based on his Geduev/Murta wins. And yes, I realize that Chamuslvaraev could be considered elite with multiple world medals, but he was much less competitive against Murtazaliev than Heskett yet beat up on him head to head.
