Baku is 9 hours ahead of the Eastern U.S., 12 hours ahead of the Pacific time zone. They are supposed to start at 9 a.m. their time (which would be midnight EST, correct?), but Jason Bryant wrote in his notebook on Intermat that Tuesday's wrestling actually started at 8 a.m., so who knows for sure?
