120 kg greco semifinal. A painful match to watch, with a bizarre ending. Akbari just getting up from the parre terre position and standing around? The referee putting up "one blue" for no reason whatsoever?
No wonder Iranians are pissed- there is a lot of finger and singlet-grabbing in this match. On the contested pushout, Akbari clearly makes contact with Tinaliyev's legs, but I'm not greco-savvy enough to know if this should be enough to nullify the pushout.
I also watched Mansurov vs Yang. FILA Wrestling - WEB TV . Not sure why Mansurov wrestled at 55 here after going 60 at the worlds. Not real exciting, but he wins off a clinch counter (which the stupid camera misses) and a nice gutwrench to come back in the second period. IMO both these guys are better than Lebedev, this year's 55 kg world champ.

Do you recall this match? Jan 2010. Yazdani withdrew after the second period blowing a possible victory.
