Just wondering if anyone has experience with video software for match analysis?

What are the good programs out there? Is Dartfish the gold standard?

I don't see many, if any coaches using anything like that.
I will smash your face into a car windshield and then take your mother, Dorothy Mantooth, out to a nice seafood dinner and never call her again!

Tell me about it, this morning, I woke up and I shit a squirrel, but what I can't get is the damn thing is still alive. So now, I've got a shit covered squirrel running around my office and I don't know what to name it.

Dartfish is great if you are standardizing some technique. To many movements in wrestling to utilize a program like Dartfish. It's perfect for weightlifting, diving, golf, throwing a baseball or football, and other sports.

The best bet is a a good DVD player with some form of quick rewind that goes back about 3-6 seconds (recomendation of another coach).

Hope this helps...old school rewind and fast forward are still king. In my humble opinion.
