    Can you believe it.
This guy Sushil Kumar is a fricken vegetarian and looks a lot more muscular than his opponents.
Look at him and for example spiridinov.

There was a piece in the Times of India about Sushil being veg. He stated that he drinks between 4 and 5 liters of milk a day to get his protein. BTW a gallon is 3.8 liters.

The majority of India is Hindu, they believe not to harm any living being en consider eating meat uncivilized and dirty for their bodies.

Also wrestling and Hinduism has strong connections.
They worship certain powers and gods during their wrestling which is a result of the philosophy that body and mind have to be developed.

It's a myth that you need flesh as protein to gain muscle mass. In fact, our society eats far far more protein than is healthy or necessary. Even our athletes.

I wrote a blurb over in theopenmat about my time visiting Kushti wrestling gym in Delhi a couple of months ago. Very interesting experience.
