    That's too bad for USA wrestling but kudos to himfor getting what he can, while he can. Same thing Askren is doing.

    This is not to say he won't be back. He probably will be. Probably not til next olympics would be my guess..provided there arent additional financial incentives put in place. The living the dream fund was a great start.

    From what limited video I've seen of Askren... he needs to perfect a high-level leg attack to be consistently sucessful at world level. His upper body wrestling and his top wrestling are great, but he needs to be able to shoot and score cleanly on a consistent basis. Also needs to remember his defense all the time, he'll stand straight up sometimes for some reason and people run right through him.

    Old habits die hard. In college he would invite people to his legs. That doesnt fly in freestyle.
