Not sure how you get in (i am not sure how I even got in) but definitely the best training I have experienced abroad.
Hey GrecoZag you trained with National team of Germany?

Sorry-but not the national team. We traveled through germany and went to a few different clubs and tournaments. It was interesting, the rules were actually a mix of old and new (back when they were first changed after). The Germans didn't believe that they were going to stay the way they were, so they had their own little system for a while. I just know that Germany has a lot of clubs if you are just starting out that would welcome most people.

You shlould listen to my advice. If you go to a top training camp you will be expected to keep up and unless you have quite good skill, you wont.

St. Petersburg, Moscow, Krasnodar, and Kransnoyarsk have some of the best clubs to train at in Russia, although I don't know the name of the clubs.

I'll play off of Holt's message. What you're looking for are not the type of places you simply walk in the front door to and say, "hi, I'm here to wrestle." The coaches and athletes don't have the time to be teaching rudimentary skills, because these places train many of the best in the entire world. I'm not bagging on the skills of the posters from Britain and Israel here, but you have to be up front with yourself and realistic about where you are as an athlete before you begin having delusions of grandeur about rolling with guys like Aldatov, Ketoev, Shahin and many, many others.

My suggestion would be to go straight to your home country's national governing body and see what resources they have available to you. First thing is first, they'll be able to tell you where you are as an athlete based on your competitive resume. Second, they'll have more contacts available to them than anyone here and they can then point you in the right direction. Naturally, their focus is to develop Olympic level athletes above all else. However, if you're persistent and patient enough and show them that you're willing to go the extra mile(s) to make those respective world teams, you'll probably be met with less resistance than you're going to receive by just showing up in a foreign nation with your shoes in one hand, a singlet in the other and a smile on your face.
