From what i can understand - at 3:30 when continuing with another guy, Adam is talking of (and showing) how his brother has pinned the Bulgarian wrestler at Beijing.

hahaha, i apologize. i was trying to keep it simple cause i got the vibe that's what you were looking for. and yes, i'm undefeated in freestyle. however, i'm RARELY on the bottom

Fair enough.

To be honest... my goal is to find some solid techniques and to get really good with them. The sort of techniques i can hit on anyone.
I have got very good with the leg lace Aldatov uses and i can score with it on wrestlers much better than myself on the ground. The fact its not a common technique seems to confuse my opponents.

I just need to get some more good techniques.

you can throw in a half and when he tries to fight it, use that to gut wrench him

You're probably best of learning a couple of techniques and getting really good with them on the top position. I recommend a gut wrench along with the leg lace. A good leg ride also works well in sync with your gut wrench.

I'm gonna post the picture of Saitiev pinning that Bulgarian guy on the other thread as well, if you are interested. Great ground technique in that match.

Try to find some kind of freestyle/greco camp to go to. A few weeks ago right before Fargo would have been perfect. Try to go to a Fargo prep camp next year

I couldn't understand a word but to be quite honest it sounded a bit like German.
