The fanny pack was the best!
I guess that the best wrestler of all time can pull off the worst fashion accessory of all time.
My buddy from Russia just emailed me that the Gold medalist were flown back to Russia in a private jet and the rest of the team (those that did not place) had to come back later and not in such luxurious accommodations. I guess you treat those who get the job done a little better.

This video features the greeting of the 2 Chechen Olympic champs Saitiev & Albiev (GR, 60) at the airport in Grozny, Chechnya. The man in white shirt who moved Saitiev to dance Lezginka is the Chechen president Ramazan Kadirov. What the video shows is actually a very small part of the big celebration in Grozny.

Ramazan Kadirov himself drove Saitiev & Albiev in a Rolls-Royce limousine downtown where thousands of people waited for the celebration. Kadirov gave either 500.000 USD and a key of a 4-room flat in Grozny.

Now either of the Chechen champs has on his account:
500.000 USD from Kerimov (for all wrestling champs)
    500.000 USD from Kadirov
100.000 Euro from the Russian state (for all Russian champs)
    a flat (est. 200.000 USD)
