Azerbaijan at euros
i know it's been a while but i just realized that azerbaijan had 4 champs, one second, one bronze and one 5th at the 2009 euro's. are the wrestlers on the team azeri's or transplants?

55 & 66 were the only real Azeri's. The others were "transplants" as u say.

Gazumov is Russian I think. He's been a favorite of mine since I saw him wrestle at the Clansman international a few years back. He literally rolled Olympian Dean Schmeichel around with a smile on his face, not even breaking a sweat. Then he pinned Mo Lawal with a 5 pt double.
After beating Ketoev at the Euros and losing to Muradov in a 3rd period clinch at the Olympics (killing everyone else) he's gotta be a strong contender to be world champion.

I personally feel that Ebrahimi is better than Gazumov. Muradov is still the best until someone proves otherwise. I'm still angered on how pitiful Tigiev was in the finals against him. Generated absolutely no offence.
