Just starting to train with kettlebells
Hey guys, I'm interested in incorporating kettlebell training into my routine. Right now I'm doing a very basic lifting routine because I'm just coming out of track season for about a month until summer starts so I'll be ready to start a Strength program in June. What weight kettlebells should I get? And what is a good routine to do?

Do you have any experience with K-bells? How much do you weigh? Kettlebell training is a terrific way to train. I start my students generally w/ 12kg or 16kg bells depending on their weight and age.
Also, if you are going to buy dvds get ones featuring any of these guys: Steve Cotter, Steve Maxwell, Mike Mahler, or Pavel of the RKC. I am a Cotter/Maxwell disciple.
