My Achilles tendon problems that I had in my youth have recently resurfaced, due to running. Back then, I could play through it and ignore it, but today it is agonizing as hell! I'm sure it's not torn or greatly injured, but is likely just strained.
Other than ice, anyone know of any good treatments for it? I have a 10k that I'm running in a couple of weeks and this is driving me nuts.
