    Default Workout Plan

    Hello, if my goal is to be in shape (lean), and not gain weight, will this workout plan be ok?:
    Strength Train:
    Workout a: squat,bench,bent-over-rows,dips,sit-ups,back extensions,legs raises
    Workout b: deadlift, military press, pull-ups, sit-ups, back extensions, legs raises
    Everything 3X5-8
    Cardio almost everyday.

    What do you recommend to add/remove from this plan? Is it better to do squats 3 times a week, or its better to alternate with deadlift?
    and what about abs? if I do sit-ups, do I need to do legs raises too? and is back extensions important to do too?

    or its better like that? (3 times a week):
    Squat, Bench/Press, Bent-Over-Rows/Deadlift(1X5-8), Dips/Pull-Ups, sit-ups, back extensions, legs raises.
    You think its better to alternate dips with pull-ups, or do it in the same workout?
