uhhhhhhh lose the weight or gain strength take your pick
thats alot of weight to lose you should trie for 120 or 125 your body could get hurt frim you dropping that much weight
Just lift and stay at the same weight.
i would drop to 125 or wait for a 2 lb allowance and drop body fat and then drop the rest water weight before the weigh ins and then drink your weight bak so you have your energy
