Guys, do you do the "duck walk" exercise at your practices or by yourself?
what do you think about this exercise?

i have done this sometimes in practice but the only reason i can think of is that its good for people who arent to keen on getting down low as you have to stay low for a prolonged period of time and move in multiple directions to duck walk. Personally i prefer the move where you are mimicking a single leg take down , its sort of similar to a duck walk but its involves less effort than a duck walk to stay ow
That duck walk looks awesome for maintaining hip flexibility too!
As a 47 year old (soon to be 48) yoga practitioner, hip flexibility is everything to me these days, and that mimics a handful of yoga stretches/poses that are great for the hips.
UNI Panthers...Because it's just right.
