So I have Frosh-Soph regionals coming up kinda soon, and I'm wrestling at 152 lbs right now,but i easily could have certified at 145, but my state's regulations wouldn't allow me becuase of my body fat at the time. On average I weight about 148-49 lbs, though. I love to workout, but don't really have the time between wrestling and homework. So if anybody has anything out there on how to lose about 10-12 lbs SAFELY, i would love to hear it. Plus, I have a very big home gym, so if it requires exercise, I can proabably make it work. But other than that, if you have any dieting tips (i usually eat 5-6 meals a day to keep metabolism raised) i would love to hear them, thank!
