L Sits, L Pull Ups, Hanging Leg Raises, Toes to Bar, Cross Heel Touches, Russian Twists, power wheel, stuff like that.

For wrestling practice we do planks, crunches, and push ups

Check out this website. I bought the book and it has EVERYTHING you need to get in shape for wrestling without weights. A big section on core too. I use it for judo and it really works. Not saying you have to buy the book, but maybe the site will show you what you are looking for. The dude used to be either the strength coach or conditioning coach or both for Iowa.

I have that book too. I've seen it for download on the internet too. Mediafire or something like that probably has it.
