    Stationary bike, 2 minutes sprint, 30 seconds rest, 2 minutes sprint 30 seconds rest and one more 2 minutes sprint. My heartrate was about 160. Still didn't have the energy to do more sprints

    Cross-country skiing for about 5 miles, some points the snow was very deep and made skiing very hard.

    Circuit
    (only bodyweight)
    20 seconds of abs,
    20 seconds of push-ups
    20 seconds of lower-back's
    20 seconds of squats
    20 seconds of sprints
    20 seconds of neck bridges

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    30 seconds rest

    repeat.

    Could only do one circuit this time, I was so tired from yesterdays hard wrestling practise and today's skiing. It's good to sometimes listen what your body is telling to you, sometimes you need to take it lighter.

    2 hours floorball as goalkeeper, works great my agility.

    6x6 both legs
    6x5 one leg

    Side jumps

    3x10 both legs
    3x12 one leg

    Balance Board

    1 minute with right leg
    1 minute with left leg
    2 minutes with both legs

    Circuit with 33 lbs dumbbells

    20 seconds of biceps curls
    20 seconds of triceps extensions (one dumbbell with both hands)
    20 seconds of shoulder presses
    20 seconds of hang cleans
    20 seconds of bent-over rows
    20 seconds of squats

    30 seconds rest and same circuit again, 30 seconds rest and same circuit again then 1 minute rest and then the whole thing once again.

    My routine has changed pretty much from my last update, I have been training with weights for a while now.
    My today's weightlifting workout:

    -Snatch: 50 kg/110 pounds x 2,1
    -Pendlay Row: 55 kg/121 pounds x 3x8
    -Upright Row: 17.5 kg/39 pound dumbbells x 3x8
    -Dips with 15kg/33 pounds added weight x 3x5

    My weight is now about 81 kg's/179 pounds so I must gain lots of strength.
