    Yeah, I am wrestling in Greco-Roman Style, it's my third season now.

    Stationary Bike, 2 minutes very fast in heart rate 150 to 170. 30 seconds rest then again 2 minutes very fast, then again 30 seconds rest and then again 2 minutes very fast.

    20 seconds of push-ups
    20 seconds of lower-back's
    20 seconds of squats
    20 seconds of sprints
    20 seconds of neck bridges

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    30 seconds rest

    repeat

    1 minute rest then the same circuit once again.

    I am getting more reps every time that I am doing this circuit. I have also noticed that my agility and wrestling power is getting better. I still need to do heck of a work to gain more strength on my arms to be able to dominate the standing part of the match.

    HIIT (high intensity interval training) with stationary bike, 30 seconds jogging, 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds jogging, 30 seconds sprint... for 15 minutes total.

    I have a question, where do you do your interval training and running? And how come you don't do much strength training? I would assume greco wrestlers need a lot of strength to be able to do good in greco-roman, for example reverse lifts and all that would require a lot of strength. Correct me if I'm wrong.

    In summers I do my running on nearby park, which haves about 1 mile lenght track which I run around for 3-4 rounds. But now in the winter time I do my aerobics and anaerobics with the stationary bike that I have in my home.

    You are absolutely right, reverse lifts and stuff like that requires strength. But the weight training just isn't for me, every time that I am doing well with weight training, I suck at wrestling and when I am doing well with wrestling, I suck with weight training. That's why I mainly do calisthenics exercises. I also train the lifts by lifting heavier opponents than me.

    I know several guys who are very good at wrestling without weight training and I also know as much good wrestlers who do a lot of weight training. It's about what feels good for you and so far the calisthenics circuits and lifting partner is the thing for me.

    In off-season I try to increase my maxium strength levels with weight training when I am not training wrestling so intensively. I have also noticed that my maxium strenght are keeping the same during the season even if I am not doing weight training.
