barbell complex x 3 @95lbs
- 5 clean & press
- 5 back squat
- 5 push press
- 5 deadlift
- 5 bent-over rows
dumbbell circuit x 1 @ 50lbs
- 3 snatches per arm
- 6 dumbbell swings
- repeat 3x
50lb dumbbell bench press to failure (15-ish reps here)
first run through the complex was hell. the second was easy, and the third was...also hell.i think dont think i was amazingly warmed up for the first one, but it warmed me up for the second. and by the time the third one rolled around, the first two exhausted me. somehow it makes sense!
