wrestling weight training
is it better to focus on getting really high maxes or is it better to stick with weight around your body weight?
i'm just getting started into weight training, but i don't know if i should be focusing on lifting a lot or just using about the same weight as what i weigh to simulate wrestling?

I think you should try mix o both.. But if you ask which is much effective than i would say keep focusing on lifting with proper weight
