    Default College Plate Workouts

    Anyone know of any college plate workouts? Feel free to post your own too but if it is from a college name the college. Here is one of Iowa's.

    3 Sets of:
    10 Front Raises
    10 Overhead Tricep Extensions
    10 Push Press
    10 Around the Worlds(Both Sides)
    10 Curls

    That doesn't seem like a balanced workout at all.

    it makes for a nice upperbody circuit. certainly wouldn't constitute a full workout.

    The coaches who have contributed to XL Athlete come from primarily from the upper midwest, such as Minnesota and Wisconsin. These particular plate workouts were developed by Cal Dietz at Minnesota.
