So I was at 152 all this year and now I'm on creatine and taking that regularly with whey protein-my goal is to be at 171 for next year, but as a huge monster of the mat...What do you guys recommend doing for workout types if I want to achieve this goal? I'm at about 163 right now and I'm doing basically a hypertrophy workout-good warmup set,then 2-3 sets x 10-18 reps (varies per exercise), with split training of back/bi's,chest/tri's,shoulders,calves and abs,and legs....I realize this isn't a good choice for wrestling, but I can't think of any other ways to get plain huge....Help?
