    Calf raises 4x 50, 50, 50, 50

    3:00 Pm
    Hindu squats 1x 100
    Hindu push ups 1x 40
    Back Bridge 1x 2 min

    Later tonight
    Jump rope 10 min

    Yea I know I am not in the best shape and my workouts aren't that tough well actually they are pretty tough for me but I am gonna get to really good shape this season. Any advice or suggestions?

    Have Gotten off track and not writing down what I am have been doing.. but this will motivate me again..

    I am like 5'10 13 years old (almost 14) 133-135 pounds 12-13% body fat.
